It’s not a perfect handstand, but according to my phone, this hold is 40 seconds! 👀 40 seconds! 😳That means I’ve added at least one second to my longest hold time! 🙌 Truly an exciting moment — I’ll be doing the happy dance all day thanks! 💃🏼 I practice every single day and every single day I get better and stronger. And did I mention that I’m almost 60?!?
