Have you tried Crack Green Beans?

This recipe is easy to make and so tasty! My grandson actually asks for “the good green beans” when they come over for dinner! I’ve seen a few variations, but this is my favorite. Just a reminder to allow plenty of time for the bacon to cook before you get started! You can watch my video on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube!

 

2 -14.5 oz cans green beans drained

4 TBL butter

2/3 cups brown sugar

2 TBL soy sauce

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

10 slices cooked bacon crumbled

Melt butter over medium heat in large skillet. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add green beans and stir until well coated. Simmer for 20 -25 minutes stirring occasionally until thickened. Stir in bacon crumbles and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
