Holidays, illness, and traveling can get in the way of your plank goals. But Ii you miss a few days, don’t use that as a reason to stop entirely. Even if you can’t get back to where you were right away, hold as long as you can and then keep adding. Use the knowledge of what you can do as motivation to get back to where you were!
