Side plank is probably my favorite variation of plank; and how fun is it to have variations of a variation?
Starting with forearm plank, shift to the side, and then raise a leg. That makes things a little tougher, but how about bringing your top leg behind you and then lifting the bottom leg? Whew! Switch from forearms to hands and try the same variations. Don’t fret if it takes a couple of times to find your balance. BTW I get my up and down cues a little confused during the video — so do what I’m doing, not what I’m saying. LOL
