Don’t be discouraged if you think plank is difficult — that’s actually a good thing! If you think it’s difficult, that means you’re pushing yourself to do something that’s challenging. And knowing that you pushed yourself — even though it was difficult — will give you a feeling of accomplishment. Not to mention that you’ll be stronger than you were when you started. Pushing yourself through difficult physical challenges will help you with the difficulties of everyday life. It’s human nature to avoid what’s difficult, but feeling the accomplishment of taking on something hard and finding success makes the effort worth it!
