About MeYou’re never too old to get in shape or learn new things. Yoga can be done at any age and I learned to do handstands after turning 55!

YogaWarrior pose has all sorts of great benefits. It strengthens your shoulders, arms, legs, ankles and back; helps open yours hips, chest and lungs; and improves focus, balance and stability.

Fully Recovered
YogaI’ve had not one, but TWO shoulder surgeries in the last 6 years. But thanks in part to yoga, I can now do this!

FashionDressing well when you reach your 50’s is just as important (maybe even more important) as it is for younger women. It not only has benefits in the workplace, it can also just make you feel good about yourself.
