Yes I’m keeping at it. Tonight was my third time doing the Week Four workout but I’ll probably do it one more time before I move on to Week Five. What’s a little humorous about Week Four is that Kyle calls it a rest week or hanging back week and not as tough as the others, but I totally disagree. The wall walks just about kill me. Walking up the wall isn’t so bad — although it’s not easy — but walking down the wall is borderline excruciating. And we do it 15 times! Yes, 15 times. Granted they’re in three sets of five, but there’s not much down time in between. Up the wall, hold, down the wall, take a breath. Up the wall, hold, down the wall, take a breath. Most times, I cartwheel down instead of walking out.
Knowing that weeks five and six are going to be even harder, makes me almost reluctant to start them. I’ll do it though. I absolutely will not talk myself out of it. I’m more than half way through! My handstands are better than ever. And I almost look forward to the butt kicking workouts. Almost. I still have to psyche myself up, but once I finish a workout, I know I can do it and then I can do it again and then I’ll move on to the next one. What will my challenge be when I finish with this?
